There are thousands of middle schoolers in our area that are loved by God and our goal is to tell them about Jesus. Rooted intentionally ENGAGES middle school students, acknowledging their potential; EQUIPS them with Christian essentials; and EMPOWERS them to embody Christ's teachings by serving Orchard Church, the Inland Empire, and beyond. During our times together, we focus on getting to know God and each other through small groups, worship, teaching, games and a whole lot of FUN!
Our goal is for every middle school student in this valley to be in love with Jesus, transformed by Jesus, and bring others to know Jesus!

I'm Pastor Clay, and I'm thrilled to be here with you! I grew up in Temecula and earned my degree in Applied Theology from California Baptist University (CBU) in Riverside, CA. Right now, I'm working on my Master's in Theological Studies at Gateway Seminary in Ontario, CA.
My greatest passion is seeing youth fall in love with Jesus, being transformed by His love, and bringing others to know Him. I have an amazing wife, Christine, and one of our favorite things to do is exploring coffee shops and eating good food. I also enjoy surfing and trying not to die at CrossFit. Well, enough about me, I can't wait to meet you!

Welcome to our amazing middle school family! Here, we're more than just
a group; we're a community of people who love and follow Jesus! At
Rooted, this is where friendships and faith come together. Our mission
is simple: to journey alongside each other as we grow in our
